After years of teaching dance in various colleges, Hunter founded JUMP! -- a dance company for young dancers who want to learn to choreograph and ultimately create a body of great dance works.  JUMP! fills an interesting niche in the cultural scene of Providence, RI by featuring cutting-edge dance performances created, produced and performed by young people.  Latest work: Voodoo Doll Dance in a chamber suite called: VALLEY OF THE DOLLZ.  VALLEY OF THE DOLLZ examines the humorous as well as the subversive underbelly of doll culture.
